We sell books, signed books, unsigned books, preorder titles, bundles, special editions, merchandise, digital products, and related reader items.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Product availability, descriptions, pricing, release dates, shipping windows, editions, formats, and images are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display product images, covers, colors, features, formats, specifications, mockups, and details as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device, monitor, browser, or display settings will accurately reflect the actual colors, finishes, dimensions, or details of any product. Product photos, mockups, renderings, and promotional images are for illustrative purposes and may vary from the final product.

All products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that any item will remain in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit, delay, or cancel any product, edition, bundle, preorder, special edition, or offer at any time.

3. Signed Books and Personalized Items

Signed books, personalized books, signed bookplates, special editions, limited editions, custom items, and preorder items may require additional processing time.

Unless otherwise stated, signed, personalized, custom, preorder, digital, and limited-edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalization requests must be entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect names, incomplete personalization instructions, or missing information.

We reserve the right to refuse personalization requests that contain offensive, abusive, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, explicit, harassing, or inappropriate language.

4. Preorders

Some products are preorder items and will not ship until the stated release date or estimated fulfillment window.

We will not list a preorder or estimated shipping window unless we have a reasonable basis for the stated release date or fulfillment estimate at the time the product is offered.

If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, your full order may ship together once the preorder item is available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Release dates, print dates, production schedules, and fulfillment windows may change due to publisher schedules, printer delays, supply chain issues, shipping delays, author availability, platform issues, or circumstances outside our control.

If a preorder shipment is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, we will provide an update and, where required by law, offer the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a refund.

Customers are responsible for reviewing preorder language before purchasing.

5. Pricing, Payments, Taxes, and Chargebacks

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, inaccurate product descriptions, shipping errors, inventory mistakes, discount errors, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Sales tax, shipping charges, and any applicable fees will be calculated and disclosed at checkout before purchase is completed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for all orders. You agree to promptly update your information so we can process your order, contact you if needed, and complete delivery. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost orders caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order containing inaccurate pricing, inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, unauthorized resale activity, or other concerns.

We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, automated purchasing tools, bots, or purchasers attempting to bypass quantity limits.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to cancel pending orders, restrict future purchases, disable account access, or refuse future service to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Shipping

Shipping rates, methods, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout or on the applicable Shipping Policy page.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, carrier delays, platform delays, printer delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to claim, or customer error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by law.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

We will review the request and may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of books, signed items, preorder items, personalized items, limited editions, special editions, and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, duplicate purchases, incorrect format selection, incorrect personalization entered by the customer, failure to review product descriptions, or failure to review preorder and shipping terms before purchase.

If a return or exchange is approved, items must be returned in unused, unread, undamaged, and resaleable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

9. Digital Products

Digital products, including ebooks, PDFs, bonus scenes, wallpapers, maps, reader guides, downloads, and digital extras, are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Digital purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, copied, resold, shared, uploaded, distributed, lent, reproduced, scraped, trained on, modified, translated, publicly displayed, publicly performed, adapted, or used to create derivative works.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, licensing, adaptation, merchandising, audio, film, television, stage, gaming, translation, AI, dataset, derivative, or other intellectual property right.
